How to play Arrow Escape Puzzle

Arrow Escape Puzzle is a free untangling puzzle. Tap an arrow to send it flying along its own path and off the board. If the line ahead of its head is blocked by another arrow, you lose a heart, so fire the arrows in the right order.

How to play

  1. Pick a difficulty and level

Choose Easy, Medium, or Hard. Each track has 100 levels that grow from a handful of arrows to dense picture-shaped tangles. The first 10 of each are free.

  2. Read the arrowheads

Every arrow escapes in the direction its head points. Before tapping, follow the straight line ahead of the head and check whether another arrow crosses it.

  3. Tap to fire

Tap an arrow and it slides forward along its own path and off the board. You can fire arrows rapidly one after another; there is no waiting between taps.

  4. Watch your hearts

If a fired arrow runs into another line, it flashes red, snaps back, and costs one heart. Run out of hearts and you restart the level fresh, for free.

  5. Pan, zoom, and clear the board

Drag to move around big puzzles and use the zoom slider for a closer look. The level is complete when every arrow has escaped.

Tips

  • Arrows near the outside edge usually have clear paths. Peel the puzzle from the outside in.
  • Firing one arrow can never block another, so a safe tap is always pure progress.
  • When two arrows point at each other's lines, work out which one is the blocker and clear it first.
  • Zoom in on dense clusters before tapping. Most lost hearts come from misreading a head's direction.

About Arrow Escape Puzzle

Arrow Escape Puzzle on 100 Daily Games is an order-of-operations puzzle drawn with tangled arrows. Every arrow is a bent line with a head, and tapping it sends it racing forward along its own path like a train on a track, then straight off the board. The catch: the line ahead of its head must be clear. Tap in the wrong order and the arrow slams into another line, flashes red, and costs you a heart.

Every level is generated deterministically, so level 42 on Hard is the same puzzle for everyone, and every level is verified solvable before it reaches the board. Puzzles are grown inside silhouettes, so bigger levels form shapes like hearts, diamonds, and rings instead of formless knots. Difficulty scales the arrow count, the tangle density, and the hearts you get: Easy starts with a handful of arrows and six hearts, while deep Hard levels pack dozens of interlocked arrows with only three hearts of slack.

The game is built for quick, tactile play: tap arrows as fast as you can read them, drag to pan around large boards, slide to zoom, and toggle a grid overlay for precise reads. One hint per level is free and highlights a safe arrow in yellow; more hints cost stars.

Like every game on 100 Daily Games, Arrow Escape Puzzle runs free in your browser with no download. The first ten levels of each difficulty are free; the deeper 90 levels of each track are part of 100 Daily Games Plus.

Frequently asked questions

How do I finish a level in Arrow Escape Puzzle?

Fire every arrow off the board. Tap an arrow to send it along its path; it escapes when the straight line ahead of its head reaches the edge without crossing another arrow.

Why did my arrow bounce back?

Another arrow's line was crossing its escape path. The arrow flashes red, returns to its spot, and costs one heart. Clear the blocking arrow first, then try again.

Can I make a level unsolvable?

No. Firing an arrow only ever opens up space, so the remaining puzzle always stays solvable. Wrong taps cost hearts, and running out of hearts simply restarts the level for free.

Are the levels the same for everyone?

Yes. All 300 levels are generated from fixed seeds, so level 37 on Medium is the identical puzzle on every device, and every level is checked to be solvable before it is served.

How do hints work?

The lightbulb highlights an arrow that is currently safe to fire in yellow. Your first hint each level is free; after that each hint costs 5 stars.

Is Arrow Escape Puzzle free?

Levels 1-10 of each difficulty are free to play in your browser. Levels 11-100 of each difficulty are included with 100 Daily Games Plus.
